If you've received your order and your item is damaged, or defective, please snap a photo to use as evidence, and let us know within 36 hours. All complaints will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

If an item was shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received by us, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
