FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:


 PRODUCTS:

Where are your products made? All of our products are made here in Chicago, IL.

Are your products tested on animals? Never! We don't use animal testing during development or production stages. We only test on our human loved-ones :).

Are your products organic? We aren’t certified organic at this time, but hope to be in the future. We do use certified organic ingredients whenever possible, though! If there is an organic, sustainable, fair trade option available, that is what we use.

Phthalates? Parabens? Sulfates? All Crunchy Life products are produced without the use of Phthalates, Parabens, and Sulfates.

How long will my product last? Once opened all products will be good for 6-12 months under proper storage and handling conditions. For optimum longevity, keep them at room-temp and avoid contaminating with water.

Do you use preservatives? Yes! Any product containing water MUST use some sort of preservative system. We use the least amount of the most effective plant-based preservatives. The preservatives we've chosen are ECOCERT certified Gluconodeltalactone and Sodium Benzoate. It is a combination of a naturally ocurring food additive gluconodeltalactone from corn and a food grade preservative sodium benzoate, which is the sodium salt of benzoic acid, along with a trace amount of calcium gluconate as a processing agent.

Forms of Payment? We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, PayPal and Apple Pay.

What Happens After I Place an Order? Once an order is placed, we’ll send an order confirmation email to the email address provided during checkout. Your order confirmation email will include the order number, items ordered, prices, etc. Once an order confirmation is received it means your order is being processed! A shipment confirmation email will be sent once your order is on it’s way to your door! The shipment confirmation email includes the shipping tracking number and all of the order details.  If you choose Local Delivery, you’ll get an order confirmation email followed by a delivery confirmation email!

SHIPPING AND RETURNS:

Shipping rates-continental United States: We ship via USPS First Class and Priority Mail. Shipping cost is based on the weight of your order up to $50. All orders totaling over $50 qualify for free shipping. 

 

Order Processing? Orders are typically processed in 4-5 days, not including weekends and holidays. The 4-5 processing period does not account for shipping time.

Order Tracking Priority and Priority Express shipping options include tracking numbers.

Do You Ship Every Day? We ship 2 days a week. If we were constantly running to the post office, we wouldn't get anything else done!
